Seven quick questions, fewer if you’re new to sales. Your answers save as you go.

Contact detailsStep 1 of 7

First, where do we reach you?

A number you actually pick up. If it's a fit, the first thing that happens is a call, not an email.

Use contact details where we can actually reach you. A person reads this, not a machine.

What this actually is

You take scheduled calls, by phone or Zoom, with people who already asked to talk. They watched a video, filled out a form, booked a time. Nobody is cold-calling anyone.

Your job on the call is the thing you already do every shift: ask good questions, listen, make someone comfortable enough to make a decision. The product, the words, the structure of the call, all of that gets taught to you. The part that can't be taught, you walk in with.

Why people from your world do well here

Read this part twice

This is commission work. You're paid on the deals you help close, and that's what makes the ceiling high. It also means the first month or two are mostly learning: training, practice calls, your first real ones with a coach on the line. The money comes after that, not during.

So we're going to ask how many days of living expenses you have set aside. We're looking for about 60 days. Not because we care how much is in your account, but because we've watched talented people take this seat with rent due in two weeks, and the pressure shows up in their voice on every call.

If you're not there yet, we'll say so honestly, keep your name, and mean it when we say come back.

Is this you?

Probably yes if

  • People tell you their life story before their second drink.
  • You want your income tied to how good you are, not how many hours you're scheduled.
  • You'd rather learn something new than do another year of the same shift.
  • You've got about two months of runway and a reason to make a move.

Probably not if

  • You need a paycheck this week.
  • You want a salary, benefits, and someone else deciding your hours.
  • You hate being coached. Feedback here is constant and it's the point.
  • You're curious, but not actually ready to change anything.

What happens after you apply

  1. Four minutes, a handful of short questions. Honest answers beat impressive ones. A person reads every application.
  2. If it fits, we call you. From a number you won't recognize. Pick up.
  3. Training, then real calls with a coach beside you. You keep the seat by showing up, not by what you write here.
